Abstract: The present invention relates to a heterojunction semiconductor substrate having excellent dielectric properties, a method of manufacturing the same, and an electronic device using the same. The present invention provides a heterojunction semiconductor substrate with improved interlayer adhesion, low leakage current, and excellent dielectric properties that maintain strength in a ferroelectric fatigue experiment by interposing a metal layer and a conductive metal oxide layer on a semiconductor substrate to form an epitaxial oxide thin film layer composed of perovskite piezoelectric oxide. The heterojunction semiconductor substrate can be applied to sensors, actuators, transducers, or MEMS devices that use the high functionality of the high-quality epitaxial oxide thin film layer, including applications in electronic and optical devices.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a compressor with an oil return unit, The compressor includes: a main housing; a turning scroll which is turnably mounted to the housing; a fixed scroll which engages with the turning scroll and forms a compression chamber; an auxiliary housing which includes a discharge space communicating with an outlet side of the fixed scroll, and a collection space in which oil collected in the discharge space is temporarily stored; an oil return passage which is formed in the fixed scroll and communicates with the collection space; and an oil supply passage which is formed in the main housing, communicates with the oil return passage, and diverges such that oil is supplied to at least two places.

Abstract: Disclosed is a flying object system performing ground traveling, which travels on the ground and flies in the air. The flying object system travels with three or more wheels connected to a main body, generates flying force through wings symmetrically installed at both sides of the main body, and is provided with plural propellers, operated by a control lever and installed on the wings and at least a part of the main body, each of the wings being divided into a plurality of compartments to be folded or be changed in shape by pressure of gas or air. Therefore, the flying object system travels on a road on the ground and takes off and flies in the air in traffic congestion, and flies in the air and lands and travels on a road on the ground if necessary, thus rapidly moving to a destination without the effects of traffic congestion.

Abstract: An apparatus for a solid parking installatin to load several automobiles in a limited space is disclosed herein. This apparatus includes a solid parking installation of the apartment type which has a plurality of floors and loading spaces that are mutually crossed and assembled from H-shaped steel. Chains for driving are mounted to the horizontal shaped beams, the position of the chains being determined by the height of the solid parking installation. Wires and extensible springs are connected to one end of the chains. A cage is provided for moving along a guide rail, the guide rail being installed at one side of the solid parking installation. A system for shifting the cage to the right and left, is installed within the cage, which cooperates with a system for shifting the cage to the right and left, located along the horizontal H-beams. A motorized system for rotating a table, fixed to the cage is included. Finally a system for controlling the tension of the chain is included.
