The matching key search method includes receiving a search command for a keyword from a host, reading data from a memory area of the memory device corresponding to an address included in the search command and storing the read data in the buffer memory, determining whether the read data matches the keyword, transmitting a result of the determining to the host without transmitting the read data to the host, and generating a matching key table with reference to the result of the determining and storing the generated matching key table in the buffer memory.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an insulating composition for a substrate including a soluble liquid crystal thermosetting oligomer, a metal alkoxide, a graphene oxide, and a short fiber, and an insulating material and a substrate using the same. The insulating composition in accordance with the present invention can effectively reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion by the addition of the metal alkoxide and the graphene oxide. Therefore, it is possible to provide a substrate material with greatly increased strength and rigidity by the addition of the short fiber as well as to manufacture a substrate with improved thermal stability by using the insulating composition in accordance with the present invention as an insulating material of the substrate to minimize dimensional deformation due to heat.

    Abstract: A flexible dye-sensitized solar cell, an electrode of a flexible dye-sensitized solar cell and a method of manufacturing the flexible dye-sensitized solar cell are disclosed. The method of manufacturing the flexible dye-sensitized solar cell in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: forming a separation layer on a carrier; forming a dye-absorption layer on the separation layer; forming a carbon-nanotube layer on the dye-absorption layer; forming a cathode polymer layer on the carbon-nanotube layer, in which the cathode polymer layer is flexible; and separating the carrier by removing the separation layer. Although the high temperature annealing process associated with the dye-sensitized solar cell is required, a flexible cathode transparent electrode can be manufactured by using the carbon nanotube, because the cathode can be manufactured by using the carbon nanotube and a flexible transparent board is used.
