Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing cup-type non-fried dry instant noodles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing cup-type dry instant needles, comprising the steps of: (a) mixing and kneading a raw material to make a noodle sheet; (b) making noodle strands from the noodle sheet, and waving the noodle strands; (c) steaming the waved noodle strands to make steamed noodles; (d) cutting and weighing the steamed noodles, and placing the weighed steamed noodles in a drying box; and (e) drying the placed steamed noodles in the drying box at a high temperature of 140 to 180° C. for 2 to 5 minutes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing cooked rice containing indigestible maltodextrin for inhibiting blood sugar elevation. The method comprises the steps of: 1) washing raw rice, soaking the washed rice in water, dehydrating the soaked rice, and filling the dehydrated rice into a container; 2) heat-sterilizing the rice filled in the container; 3) supplying cooking water, which contains indigestible maltodextrin in an amount of 5.0-8.0 g based on 210 g of the cooked rice, into the rice-filled container, and cooking the rice with steam; and 4) sealing the cooked rice.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing seasoned laver, the method comprising the steps of: 1) toasting dried laver in a toasting tunnel at 50˜200° C. for 2-3 seconds; 2) applying oil to a surface of the laver resulting from step 1), and seasoning the oil-applied laver with salt; 3) further toasting the seasoned laver of step 2) in a toasting tunnel at 200˜400° C. for 5-7 seconds; 4) spraying and applying oil to the surface of the laver resulting from step 3).
