Abstract: Proposed is a steam trap device strainer including: an intake pipe through which condensate water flows inside; a pressure gauge disposed at a side of the intake pipe; an intake chamber communicating with the intake pipe; a filter net disposed at a center in the intake chamber and configured to remove foreign substances; a foreign substance outlet formed at a lower portion of the intake chamber to discharge foreign substances; an intermediate channel formed over the filter net and laterally bending and extending; and a discharge pipe communicating with the intake chamber through the intermediate channel to discharge condensate water. The steam trap device further includes an intermediate chamber disposed at a bending of the intermediate channel, an adjuster assembly disposed in the intermediate chamber and having a plurality of perpendicular tunnels, and a temperature sensor disposed on a side of the discharge pipe in the strainer.

Abstract: Devices for checking a leakage of steam from a steam trap. In some embodiments, the device may comprise a body having an inlet end portion connected to the steam trap and an outlet end portion. The device may allow condensate water of the steam trap to flow in through the inlet end portion so as to be discharged through the outlet end portion. The device may further comprise a truncated pyramid part formed to protrude from the middle of the body so as to communicate with the inside of the body; a first steam-water separating means for separating re-evaporated steam re-evaporated from the condensate water flowing through the body; a second steam-water separating means for separating the re-evaporated steam separated from the water in the first steam-water separating means; and a temperature measuring means for measuring and transmitting the temperature of an upper inside of the truncated pyramid part.

Abstract: A multiple application orifice steam trap apparatus of the present invention includes: an orifice steam trap that has an orifice hole and is connected to a live steam delivery pipe to prevent leakage of live steam and discharge only condensate water; a back pressure adjustment unit that is connected to the rear end of the orifice steam trap from which condensate water is discharged and adjusts back pressure of the orifice steam trap; and a meter that is disposed at any one of or both between the front of the back pressure adjustment unit and the orifice steam trap or at the rear of the back pressure adjustment unit and measures any one or both of temperature and pressure at any one or both of the front and rear of the back pressure adjustment unit.
