  • Publication number: 20240159016
Abstract: A system includes an onboard controller, a remote operation device, and a communication unit. The remote operation device transmits a start command signal for starting the work machine to the work machine. The communication unit communicates with the onboard controller. The communication unit is configured to be operated to switch the work machine from a start prohibited state to a start permitted state. The onboard controller switches the work machine from the start prohibited state to the start permitted state according to an operation of the communication unit. The onboard controller prohibits the work machine from starting when the work machine is in the start prohibited state upon receiving the start command signal from the remote operation device. The onboard controller starts the work machine when the work machine is in the start permitted state upon receiving the start command signal from the remote operation device.

  • Publication number: 20240026637
Abstract: A control system for a work vehicle, which includes a vehicle body and work equipment that is changeable in height and pitch with respect to the vehicle body, includes a controller. The controller determines a switching point by referring to target displacement data indicating a target displacement of the height of the work equipment according to a movement amount of the work vehicle from a work start position. The controller determines whether or not the work vehicle has reached the switching point based on the movement amount of the work vehicle from the work start position. The controller outputs a command to change the pitch of the work equipment upon determining that the work vehicle has reached the switching point.

  • Publication number: 20230383495
Abstract: A system controls a work machine including a work implement. The system includes a sensor and a controller. The controller acquires current position data of the work machine, acquires actual topography data, acquire default target displacement data that defines a target displacement according to a movement amount of the work machine, acquires a work interval indicative of a distance between a previous start position of work by the work machine and a current start position behind the previous start position, generates modified data with the default target displacement data modified according to the work interval, refers to the modified data to determine the target displacement according to the movement amount of the work machine from the current start position, determines topography data with the actual topography data vertically displaced downward by the target displacement as a target profile, and moves the work implement according to the target profile.

  • Patent number: 11536006
Abstract: A controller controls the steering device so as to cause a vehicle body to turn toward the left when a left steering lever is operated without a right steering lever being operated. The controller controls the steering device so as to cause the vehicle body to turn toward the right when the right steering lever is operated without the left steering lever being operated. The controller reduces the rotation speed of the engine when both the left steering lever and the right steering lever are operated and both the operation amount of the left steering lever and the operation amount of the right steering lever are equal to or greater than a first threshold.

  • Patent number: 11161546
Abstract: When left and right steering levers are both operated and the operation amount of the left lever is larger than that of the right lever, a controller calculates a correction left operation amount of the left lever according to the operation amount of the right lever, and controls a left steering clutch so as to cause a vehicle body to turn toward the left in accordance with the correction left operation amount. When left and right steering levers are both operated and the operation amount of the right lever is larger than that of the left lever, the controller calculates a correction right operation amount of the right lever according to the operation amount of the left lever, and controls a right steering clutch so as to cause the vehicle body to turn toward the right in accordance with the correction right operation amount.

  • Publication number: 20210246635
Abstract: An amount of information of data of a captured image displayed on a display unit is increased. A display control unit sets a plurality of divided display sections for a display unit. The display control unit sets a first camera group and a second camera group including one or more of a plurality of cameras. The first camera group captures an image of a work performed with a blade. The second camera group captures an image of a work performed with a ripper. The display control unit displays data of captured images output from cameras included in one of the first and second camera groups in a corresponding plurality of divided display sections.

  • Patent number: 8702183
Abstract: There is provided a running device for track-laying vehicle, which can resolve a feeling of fear of falling height in a leading end portion of a crawler while relax a large impact when the crawler runs over a raised contact area. The running device includes a spring constant equalizing unit that equalizes an apparent spring constant of a second arm of lower track roller bogie device over a total length. The apparent spring constant is generated in maximum reverse camber of the crawler. The spring constant equalizing unit increases an oscillation angle ? of the second arm that can abut on the first arm in the maximum reverse camber of the crawler such that the oscillation angle ? of the second arm is larger than a crossing angle ? of the connecting link. Desirably the increased maximum oscillation angle of the second arm is 1.3-2.0 times the crossing angle ?.
