Abstract: An information sharing system includes a database, an application module, a supervisor module, and a subordinate module. The database stores user data associated with a supervisor and a subordinate, and static data to be shared by them. The static data is associated with a topic for training. The application module is configured to communicate with the database. The supervisor module is configured to enable the supervisor to communicate with the application module and the subordinate module. The subordinate module is configured to enable the subordinate to communicate with the supervisor, enable the subordinate to communicate with the application module via handwritten input, audio input, video input, and image input, provide an electronic prompt to the subordinate that is triggered by the static data, and receive an electronic input comprising at least one of handwritten input, audio input, video input, and image input from the subordinate responsive to the prompt.
