Abstract: A combination air flow and vacuum meter comprising a rigid transparent tubular housing having an inlet end, an opposite outlet end adapted for insertion into a central vacuum inlet or the like, a compression spring-mounted piston riding along an air flow controlling cone internal to the body, a vacuum guage mounted on the housing, and a reading scale on the housing that is calibrated with the spring and cone for indicating flow rate upon spring-loaded deflection of the piston. A plate or valve is attached to the housing and movable between open and closed positions to prevent air flow through the meter to measure vacuum in the closed position and to permit air flow through the meter to measure both vacuum and air flow rate in the open position.

Abstract: A tamper resistant, tamper evident container is formed of a vial having a barb or hook formed inside the open upper end, a cap adapted for insertion into the vial having a mating hook formed about the lower edge, and sealing rings formed on the outer surface thereof for providing tamper-resistant, leak-proof sealing between the enclosure and the vial. The enclosure or cap also includes a spout which may extend inwardly into the enclosure or outwardly, away from the enclosure. In a preferred embodiment, the spout has an integral seal member defined at the top or bottom thereof by a circumferential parting line of reduced thickness for facilitating separation of the seal member from the spout. Removable or locking plugs may be used to seal the spout following opening thereof. Preferably, a liquid-proof identification label is used which is placed inside the vial prior to closure.

Abstract: A self-contained portable vacuum cleaning machine provides vacuum, hydro-extraction and pressure washing capability and incorporates a vacuum blower head which contains two blowers and (1) is adapted for serial or parallel vacuum blower operation and (2) incorporates a double wall construction which provides cooling air flow for the vacuum motors and defines an exhaust channel for the vacuum blowers which suppresses exhaust noise.

Abstract: A compact, self-contained central vacuum cleaning machine has expandable vacuum suction and pressure capacities and variable vacuum suction. The machine performs a multiplicity of cleaning operations including dry vacuuming, wet vacuuming, hydro-extraction vacuuming and pressure washing.
