  • Patent number: 8156874
Abstract: The rail mounted displaceable device is a ceiling mounted hoist comprising two pairs of carrying wheels (2) arranged to run in the rail (1) and two motion wheels (4) actuated by a motor (7). The motion wheels (4) are rotatably fixed on a hinged bracket (5) which is pivotably connected via a hinge (6) to a chassis (3). The displaceable device is provided with an actionable solenoid (8) for pressing said transport wheels (4) against the rail (1) in order to allow a displacement of the device along the rail (1) when the motor (7) is activated and to allow the carrying wheels (2) to rotate freely along the rail (1) when said motor (7) is deactivated.

  • Patent number: 7783637
Abstract: A method stores and uses labels in a business solution software program having multiple languages. Instead of having a single resource file for each language, the information related to the labels is stored in a database. Each label is assigned its own unique identifier in a label ID structure, that also contains information related to how the label is used in the system. The text for the label is stored in a separate label text structure. The label text structure contains the text of the label in all of the available languages. When a new label is written the developer can search the current labels to find a label that matches the intended use. If a match is found for the desired text the label is duplicated to the new label. If no match is found a new label must be generated.

  • Publication number: 20090077737
Abstract: An electrically powered, rail-mounted patient lift includes a carriage for displacement along an overhead rail and a housing. The housing includes an electric motor having an output shaft and two belts suspended from the housing for the mounting of a patient support such as a sling or the like. Two belt-receiving rollers, each having an outer cylindrical surface for receiving a respective lifting belt, co-operate with the output shaft of the electrical motor for rotating in opposite directions at the same rotational speed driven by the output shaft, thereby collecting the belts when rotating the output shaft in one direction and discharging the belts when rotating the output shaft in the opposite direction. The housing further includes a power supply unit for the delivery of electrical power to the electrical motor from a battery power supply or alternatively, a mains supply.

  • Publication number: 20040234068
Abstract: A method for controlling the volume in a communication device interface unit connected to a communication device base station, where the interface unit includes a signal path for a speaker containing unit, where the input level is adjusted by a volume control and where the output is controlled simultaneously the same volume control. Also disclosed in a communication device interface unit including a first signal path for a speaker-containing unit, where the interface unit includes a volume control for manually controlling output volume, where the interface unit includes a first control circuit for controlling the level of the input to the interface unit and a second control circuit for controlling the output from the interface unit, and where the first and the second control circuits are controlled by the same volume control.

  • Patent number: 4043789
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the production of phosphoric acid containing calcium phosphates, i.e. Ca-containing phosphoric acid, by evaporating Ca-containing mother liquor from Odda process, whereby practically all the remaining nitrate and fluorine are removed in the form of HNO.sub.3, HF and SiF.sub.4, in which process the Ca-containing mother liquor is given a Ca/P weight ratio which is lower than 0.45 and is evaporated while recycling Ca-containing phosphoric acid, the recirculation being so controlled that the liquor has a phosphorus concentration during evaporation which is always adequate to prevent the liquor from forming a paste-like mass. Thus, it was discovered that the undesirable paste-like consistency experienced when calcium is present during evaporation can be avoided by controlling the phosphorus content.
