Abstract: An apparatus is provided for the individual production of rigid containers that are open on one side, such as cones or cups, by inserting the containers into dimensionally stable individually produced sleeves which are matched to their external contour. The containers are transported through by a transport apparatus having a plurality of transport tracks lying beside one another under a discharge apparatus, which deposits the sleeves in the transport tracks. The discharge apparatus includes a support provided with discharge channels extending obliquely downward for the bar-shaped stacks of sleeves, a holding apparatus disposed downstream of the support, for the stacks of sleeves, and a transfer apparatus having a carriage which is provided with suction heads, can be moved back and forth above the transport tracks and draws the sleeves off the stacks of sleeves with its suction heads and deposits them on the transport tracks.

Abstract: Edible wafer rolls are produced by baking an endless plastically deformable wafer strip from a flowable sugar containing wafer dough, directing the wafer strip continuously from the hot endless revolving baking surface onto a continuously rotating mandrel juxtaposed with a counter rotating winding roller, grasping the leading portion of the strip and pulling it around the mandrel toward a following wafer strip portion. The wafer is wound in helically overlapping turns to form the hollow wafer body which is cutting into wafer rolls of a predetermined length.

Abstract: A baking apparatus for producing endless strips of baked dough having a drum mounted on rotatable supports offset from the axis of the drum and separating the interior of a housing of the apparatus into inner and outer chambers which can each be equipped with heating devices. Along the inner and/or outer surface of the drum for each strip, a dough application device and a strip removal device can be provided in succession so that a respective endless strip is formed.
