  • Publication number: 20220161798
Abstract: A method for detecting a traffic law violation due to the allowable distance between a following vehicle and a guide vehicle being undershot, the following vehicle traveling behind the guide vehicle. At least the respective speed of the following vehicle is identified and the guide vehicle in a detection region in the surroundings of a sensor which supplies speed measurement values. A reference distance is detected and/or ascertained between the following vehicle and the guide vehicle at a reference measurement point. At least one following distance is determined between the following vehicle and the guide vehicle in the detection region using the identified speeds of the following vehicle and the guide vehicle and/or the detected reference distance. A traffic law violation is detected if the following distance in the detection region continuously falls short of a distance threshold.

  • Publication number: 20220050587
Abstract: A method for traffic monitoring for a monitoring location. The method has a step of outputting a display signal to a user interface. The display signal displays at least one image symbol, relating to at least one configurable parameter of the traffic monitoring, in a combined overview for the monitoring location via the user interface. The at least one image symbol can be influenced by gestural interaction with a user in order to configure the at least one configurable parameter. The method also includes reading in a user input signal from the user interface. The user input signal represents an input by the user, made by gestural interaction with the at least one image symbol and recognized by gesture recognition, to configure the at least one parameter. The method configures the at least one configurable parameter depending on the user input signal in order to set up traffic monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20210009147
Abstract: A method for monitoring and/or detecting a sensor system of a vehicle comprises a step of identifying a parameter value using a response signal, and a step of determining a monitoring signal that can be allocated to the sensor system, said determination being carried out using the parameter value and a predetermined reaction value.

  • Patent number: 10872524
Abstract: A method for operating a traffic monitoring device. A sensor signal is provided by a sensor device of the traffic monitoring device is first of all read in. An item of information is then generated using the sensor signal. Finally, the information is output to an interface to at least one vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20150059445
Abstract: The object of the invention is a container cover (5) to close a filling opening (4) in a transport and/or storage container, in particular a temporary and/or permanent storage container for contaminated and/or activated substances, with at least two grooves (9) on the inside of the container cover (5) that are arranged at an interval to one another, with at least two gaskets (8) each arranged in a groove (9), and with a bypass device (18) to circulate (19) a gas, the bypass device (18) being connected with at least one groove (9) in such a way that an undefined gas volume (17) confined by the gasket (8) and the groove (9) can escape through the bypass device (18).

  • Publication number: 20070165376
Abstract: A three phase invertor has five coplanar leadframes for 2d-c terminals and 3a-c terminals. Power MOSFETs soldered around the periphery of one of the d-c leadframes are wire bonded to adjacent ones of the 3a-c leadframes which are mounted alongside the two edges and an end of one of the d-c leadframes. Further switching die are soldered to the 3a-c leadframes and wire bonded to the other d-c leadframe. The die are spaced along and follow a general U-shaped path. The leadframes are mounted on a heat sink which receives an insulation spacer and cap to form a hermetically sealed volume around the leadframes and die. The heat sink has cavities to mount bus capacitors and has a water cooling channel which follows and is below the U-shaped path of the die.

  • Publication number: 20070017660
Abstract: A fluid-cooled heatsink and backplate, for example, for an electronic power module in an automotive application are provided, the backplate formed with a set of grooves, and the heatsink formed with a set of ribs corresponding to the set of grooves and extending into and affixed to the set of grooves. Glue or adhesive material, such as silicone or silicone o-rings, may be provided between the set of ribs and the set of grooves to secure the backplate to the heatsink. A second set of ribs extending from the heatsink may also be included, such that space is allowed between each rib of the second set of ribs and the backplate. An epoxy-adhesive material may be disposed between the second set of ribs and the backplate, or the second set of ribs may be welded or partially welded. Also provided are the backplate and a method of manufacture.
