  • Publication number: 20080015062
Abstract: The present invention relates to a grip tape for ball game rackets having a conical or trapezoidal base shape in the longitudinal direction or a length and a width, wherein the width varies at least along an essential portion of the length. The present invention also relates to a replacement grip tape including the features of a grip tape of the invention, and a process for producing a grip tape of the invention. Moreover, the present invention also relates to a grip for a ball game racket including a portion facing the head region of the ball game racket and having a first cross-section and a portion facing the end of the ball game racket and having a widening cross-section for holding the grip, as well as the combination of grip and grip tape.

  • Publication number: 20070293357
Abstract: The present invention relates to a dampening device for ball game rackets. The dampening device of the present invention includes at least one dampening element having a foot or base region, a head region and a neck or connection region arranged between the foot region and the head region. The provision of a neck or connection region leads to an optimum distance between foot or base region and head region and/or an optimum and safe positioning of the head region in the stringing plane at a preferred distance from the heart region of the racket. Preferably, the neck region is tapered or necked relative to the foot or base region and/or the head region at least in the width or thickness direction of the dampening device of the invention.

  • Publication number: 20070107966
Abstract: Objects within an area of coverage are located at predetermined points in time with an optical sensor. Based on detected locations of the objects, a driving direction and/or a speed of the vehicle is determined as a function of measuring variables measured with the optical sensor. Based on the determined direction and/or speed, (a) a protective zone is selected among a plurality of protective zones previously stored in the optical sensor, or (b) a validity of a preset protective zone or a preset vehicle parameter value stored in the optical sensor is checked.

  • Patent number: 6814763
Abstract: Mediator systems obtainable by mixing one or more salts of a metal capable of forming a plurality of valence states with at least one amino-containing complexing agent (K1) and at least one hydroxyl-containing but amino-devoid complexing agent (K2) in an alkaline aqueous medium, wherefor the complexing agents may be present as salts and the molar ratio of K1 to metal ion is from 0.1:1 to 10:1 and the molar ratio of K2 to metal ion is from 0.1:1 to 5:1 are useful for dyeing cellulosic textile material.
