  • Publication number: 20240110359
Abstract: A quick coupler for changing an attachment on a construction machine includes a carrier with a first receptacle arranged on one side of the carrier for receiving and holding a first coupling element and a second receptacle arranged on the other side of the carrier for receiving a second coupling element spaced from the first coupling element; a locking device associated with the second receptacle for lockably holding the second coupling element, with a driving element movable between a release and a locking position; and a fluid connection arranged between a connecting part and the movable driving element for supplying a working fluid. The fluid connection between the connecting part and the driving element is formed by at least one sliding element provided with a passage opening, with the sliding element arranged in a displaceable and sealed manner within a supply opening in the connecting part and/or the driving element.

Abstract: A quick coupler for changing attachments on a construction machine includes a carrier; first receptacles arranged on one side of the carrier for a first coupling element; second receptacles arranged on the other side of the carrier for a second coupling element; a locking device associated with the first receptacles, the locking device movable between release and locking positions; and a catch device arranged on the carrier with at least one catch hook arranged pivotably on the carrier for catching the attachment. A control element is arranged on the catch hook for pivoting the catch hook, independently of the locking device, between a folded-down change- and catch position and a folded-up safety position. The catch hook is pushed into its folded-down change- and catch position by a spring assembly.

  • Publication number: 20220120054
Abstract: A quick-change system for changing attachments on a construction machine with a quick coupler arranged to be pivotable about a pivot axis orthogonal to the axis of rotation by means of a hydraulic slewing drive and rotatable about an axis of rotation on a connection part by means of a hydraulic rotary drive contains mounts and at least one locking element which can be actuated by means of a hydraulic drive to hold an attachment coupled to the quick coupler. The quick-change system includes a hydraulic control device, which contains a first control circuit to drive rotary drive and slewing drive, at least one additional control circuit to supply the attachment coupled to the quick coupler and a shuttle valve arrangement to expose the hydraulic drive to the higher pressures acting in the first or the at least one additional control circuit to activate the at least one locking element.

  • Publication number: 20220018090
Abstract: A quick-change system for changing attachments on a construction machine includes a quick changer mounted to rotate in a drive housing of a rotary device and rotatable relative to drive housing by a rotary drive, and a rotary joint arranged in the drive housing with a stator and a rotor rotatable within stator to supply a working fluid to the quick changer. In order to permit simple and stable fastening of the rotary joint, the stator of the rotary joint arranged within a through-opening of the drive housing is radially supported against the drive housing above an upper end surface and beneath the upper end surface of a drive wheel of the rotary drive arranged in the drive housing.

  • Patent number: 6909278
Abstract: The motion detector includes at least one element moving at least temporarily, a circuit assembly for sensing the motional condition of the element comprising at least one sensor located adjoining the element and including a timed pulse activated oscillating circuit which is differingly damped depending on the motional condition of the element, a signal processing circuit for forming the signals of the oscillating circuit suitable for analysis in an analyzer receiving and analyzing the signals output by the signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit of the motion detector includes a comparator, to the input of which at least the positive or negative half waves of the oscillating circuit signals are applied and to the other input of which a reference voltage is applied selected so that when the sensor is activated the output signal of the comparator changes its condition differingly frequently depending on the how the sensor is damped by the element.
