The compounds and pharmaceutical compositions of the present invention are useful in the treatment of inflammatory diseases which are mediated by LTB4 production, such as psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, IBD and asthma.

The compounds of Formula I are leukotriene B.sub.4 antagonists and are useful as anti-inflammatory agents and in treating disease conditions mediated by LTB.sub.4.
