  • Publication number: 20220324631
Abstract: A mailing envelope having two outer walls which form an outer envelope, are arranged essentially parallel to one another, enclose an interior space for accommodating an article and, on their inner side facing, the interior space, each have padding formed by a profiled inner all, is to be designed for a particularly small space requirement when stored or kept in the unfilled state. For this purpose, according to the invention, the profiles of the inner walls are matched to one another in such a way that they engage in one another when the interior is unfilled.

  • Publication number: 20220226858
Abstract: A gluing station for applying glue to product elements guided in a product stream is intended to permit continuation of the production process and gluing of the product elements in a particularly simple and reliable manner even after a temporary machine stop or production standstill. For this purpose, according to the invention, a moistening system is assigned to a glue application roller that can roll on the product stream. During operation of the gluing station, in the event of a stopped product stream, the glue application roller is pivoted away from the product stream and the transfer roller for the duration of the standstill and is kept rotating, whereby the surface of the glue application roller is moistened.

  • Patent number: 8007425
Abstract: A suction roller for transporting flat material blanks has a roller axis and a mantle surface. The suction roller is independent of format and therefore can be universally used for transporting flat material blanks, particularly label blanks. The suction roller has controllable suction holes or suction zones that lie at the closest possible distance from one another on its mantle surface. To this end, the suction roller has a plurality of suction slits, which run parallel to the roller axis and open into the mantle surface, whereby at least adjacent suction slits can have suction air applied to them independent of one another, and whereby a slit cover provided with passage holes is disposed on the mantle surface, in such a manner that the passage holes align with the suction slits, at least in part.

  • Publication number: 20100215472
Abstract: A process for depositing stacked flat material pieces involves receiving the flat material pieces as a stack on a depositing surface in a receiving position, upon achieving of a predetermined number of stacked flat material pieces on the depositing surface, moving an auxiliary depositing surface out of a rest position to a working position, whereby stacking of the stack of flat material pieces on the depositing surface is terminated and a new stack of flat material pieces is formed on the auxiliary depositing surface, moving the depositing surface into a delivery position in which the stack of flat material pieces arranged on the depositing surface is delivered, moving the depositing surface into the receiving position, during which the new stack of flat material pieces then arranged on the auxiliary depositing surface is taken by the depositing surface and further stacked, and moving the auxiliary depositing surface into the rest position.

  • Patent number: 5302100
Abstract: The present invention relates to the insert for the drum of a device for producing shaped pads from fibrous material. These inserts are attached to a disk of the drum and are designed in accordance with the shape and size of the pads to be produced. To simplify the retrofittability of the device or the drum for the production of pads of another size or shape and the number of drum inserts which must be kept in stock, it is provided that the drum insert consists of a base body, which, in turn, consists of a supporting sheet having several openings and several laminar sheets disposed in the direction of rotation of the drum and at right angles thereto.
