  • Publication number: 20210322971
Abstract: Described herein is a contact plate for microbial testing and sampling of corner surfaces. The contact plate may comprise a base having a first side and a second side. The first side may have a first wall and a second wall extending outward from the first side of the base to form a corner and define a surface for collecting biological samples. Additionally, the contact plate may include a rectangular lid configured to secure around the first wall and the second wall, and/or a handle removably coupled to the second side of the base.

  • Publication number: 20200146176
Abstract: A thermally conductive composition comprises an ionic liquid and a filler material comprising thermally conductive particles. The composition is used to provide a low thermal impedance interface between two members, such as a heat generating electronic component and a heat sink or other heat receiving member. Also disclosed is a method of transferring heat between two members wherein a thermally conductive interface is interposed intermediate heat transfer surfaces of the members, the interface comprising the thermally conductive composition and an optional conformal sheet.

  • Publication number: 20050260695
Abstract: The present invention includes compositions, kits and methods useful for the detection of mastitis in an animal. These agents and methods are primarily directed to a method of detecting the presence of mastitis, including sub-clinical mastitis, in cows, involving incubating a sample of milk from the cow with an agent that binds to lactoferrin such as, e.g., a monoclonal antibody specific for lactoferrin, and then detecting bound lactoferrin. The invention includes lateral-flow immunoassay methods and devices for assessing the presence of lactoferrin in milk samples.
