  • Publication number: 20170181536
Abstract: A stowable table assembly includes: a table portion rotatable between a deployed position and a stowed position; a carrier configured to be slidably received in a recess; and a plurality of elongate members provided between the table portion and the carrier. Each of the elongate members has a wedge-shaped cross-section such that the elongate members comprise side surfaces that taper towards each other from an upper surface to an underside surface of the elongate members. A first elongate member is coupled to the table portion and a last elongate member is coupled to the carrier. The elongate members are movably coupled to one another such that the side surfaces of neighbouring elongate members abut when the table portion is in the deployed position.

  • Publication number: 20170112274
Abstract: A stowable table includes a table portion movable between a horizontal deployed position and a non-horizontal stowed position. The table portion may be configured to be stowed in a receiving structure. A holder may be configured to receive a liquid receptacle and rotatably coupled to the table portion about a pivot axis. The holder may also be slidably coupled to the table portion and slidable between a setback position in which the pivot axis is set back from an end of the table portion when the table portion is in the deployed position, and an aligned position in which the pivot axis is substantially aligned with the table portion end when in the stowed position.

  • Patent number: 8711567
Abstract: An electronic hand-held device, for example a mobile phone (10), includes a first unit (cover 12) and a second unit (keypad unit 14). The device (10) has a first configuration in which the first unit (12) is in a contracted position, and the second unit (14) is in a depressed position and positioned beneath the first unit (12); and a second configuration in which the first unit (12) is in a fully extended position, the second unit (14) is in a fully raised position, and the upper surfaces (12u, 14u) of the first and second units are adjacent to each other. The movement of the second unit (14) depends on the movement of the first unit (12) by moveable guide members (40) mounted along the lateral edges of the device (10). The guide member (40) may include a guide surface (140) shaped to hold the second unit (14) firmly in position in fully raised position.

  • Patent number: 8351637
Abstract: An earhook (1), for example for a headset, to be worn around the root of the auricle (14) in the postauricular sulcus. The earhook (1) extends between a first end (5) and a second end (6) and has at least a first (2) and a second (3) curved element interconnected at the first end (5). Each curved element (2, 3) has a concave first side pointing forward towards the root of the auricle (14) and a convex second side pointing away from the root of the auricle (14) when worn. The curved elements (2, 3) are arranged with lateral distance (w) seen in a direction essentially perpendicular to the side of the head.
