Abstract: A fully enclosed carton for containing a plurality of articles such as bottles or cans formed from a blank. The blank includes a top, a base, end flaps, a first side wall and a second side wall. The second side wall provides a strap handle and a secondary side panel which is connected to the second side wall by Z-fold arrangements. In use, the secondary side panels lie between the strap handle, generally with a printed side facing up.

Abstract: The neck-through the top carton blank for forming a carton with a four-ply handle and two-ply top panels with apertures through which the necks of bottles can be extended. The apertures in the top panel have an arcuate extended opening projecting towards the handle panel to minimize damage to the labels of the necks of bottles extending through the apertures. The fold lines for gluing this blank into a car-on are parallel to each other.

The blank (10) provides a top (18), a base (12), end flaps (13, 19), a first side wall (14) and a second side wall (20). The second side wall (20) provides a strap handle (26) and a secondary side panel (30) which is connected to the second side wall (20) by Z-fold arrangements. In use the secondary side panels (30) lies beneath the strap handle, printed side up, but is not adhesively attached to the strap handle (26).
