  • Publication number: 20240168001
Abstract: Multiple subterranean probes at an area of land detect soil conditions and wirelessly transmit soil condition information to a service provider's backend server or to a technician's hand-held wireless device. The server provides multiple user interface screens of a customer application that display soil condition information and irrigation system status. Local micro weather stations may determine and wirelessly transmit weather condition information to the server. An energy emission detecting appliance may be used to acquire information usable to determine fluorescence of grass. The determined fluorescence may be used to train a learning model. The learning trained model may use historical soil condition and fluorescence information to determine a stress level corresponding to the grass. The stress level may be used to modify an irrigation or fertilization schedule.

  • Patent number: 11947513
Abstract: Methods and apparatus consistent with the invention provide the ability to organize, index, search, and present time series data based on searches. Time series data are sequences of time stamped records occurring in one or more usually continuous streams, representing some type of activity. In one embodiment, time series data is stored as discrete events time stamps. A search is received and relevant event information is retrieved based in whole or in part on the time stamp, a keyword indexing mechanism, or statistical indices calculated at the time of the search.

  • Patent number: 11889480
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, apparatus, methods and/or the like for generating a resource distribution hub using for fully electronic resource distribution by using mobile device application designed to interface with an embedded Near-Field Communication (NFC) tag in a resource distribution instrument that stores instructions for processing the resource distribution authorization information. The holder (i.e., resource provider) of the resource distribution instrument can use the resource distribution instrument to communicate to a mobile communication device having an NFC reader to read the instructions and process a resource distribution according to the parameters of the mobile device application. As such, the holder (i.e., resource provider) of the resource distribution request can process the resource distribution without having to issue a credentials, aliases, pin codes, and the like conventionally used to authorizes the distribution of resources to the resource requester.

  • Patent number: 11861029
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products for managing workflows between multiple third-party systems. A content management system stores a workflow that operates over content objects by invoking third-party applications. The content management system invokes these third-party applications, and these applications make modifications to the progression of the workflows as the third-party applications carry-out their specific portions of the workflow. Upon receipt of a workflow variable value from a first third-party application, the content management system determines the semantics of the workflow variable value and caries out a next portion of the workflow. The content management system then invokes a further next portion of the workflow to be carried out by a second third-party application.

  • Patent number: 11830350
Abstract: Multiple subterranean probes at an area of land detect soil conditions and wirelessly transmit soil condition information to a service provider's backend server or to a technician's hand-held wireless device. The server provides multiple user interface screens of a customer application that display soil condition information and irrigation's system status. Local micro weather stations may determine and wirelessly transmit weather condition information to the server. An installer may use the customer application to determine that received signal strength at a given probe is weak and should thus be relocated, or to determine refined location information corresponding to the probe. Historical soil condition information and artificial intelligence may predict soil conditions where a previously installed probe has been moved or quit working. Probes' housings seal internal electronics, including soil condition sensors, wireless communication modules, processors, and memory.

  • Publication number: 20230104908
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for gathering electronic signatures to be applied to collaboration system content objects (e.g., contracts, letters, insurance claims, riders, etc.). A collaboration system monitors changes made to the collaboration system content objects during electronic signature processing. A module of the content management system is configured to associate one or more instances of e-signing metadata to one or more of the stored content objects of the content management system. The e-signing metadata indicates whether or not a particular portion of the one or more of the stored content objects has been e-signed by a designated e-signatory. A collaborator who is not one of the designated e-signatories makes a change to one or more of the stored content objects (e.g., contracts, letters, insurance claims, riders, etc.). The change is remediated on-the-fly and the e-signing process continues without having to restart the e-signing process from the beginning.

  • Patent number: 11443486
Abstract: An arrangement for obtaining body measurements of a person includes a garment configured to be form fitted to the person, a reference target, and a handheld digital camera. A surface of the garment includes a plurality of first fiducials which are photogrammetrically analyzable. The reference target includes a plurality of second fiducials that are photogrammetrically analyzable. The plurality of second fiducials on the reference target facilitate producing a 3D model true to scale and in a recognized orientation to a surface on which the person is standing. The handheld digital camera acquires a plurality of successive images of the garment and reference target as the digital camera is moved around the person. A computer processes the plurality images by methods of photogrammetry to produce a 3D model of the body.
