    Abstract: A personal cleansing composition, suitable for use as a soap or a shampoo, contains at least one conditioning agent, such as silicone. The composition also contains a refined agricultural grain, such as oats, that has been at least partially defatted and that has at least some of its bran removed. The conditioning agent is carried by the grain, and is substantially insoluble in the wetted composition.
