Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the profiling of the antibody and T-cell receptor mRNA repertoire of an organism. Profiles that are generated describe the current immune status. This knowledge is useful for the diagnosis and prediction of disorders and for the identification of therapeutic drugs and proteins.
