  • Patent number: 11658862
Abstract: A method includes distributing a number of printer devices across a computer network with corresponding logistical nodes, and, through a server, dynamically extracting, from a number of digital pre-print files, metadata related to documents and pre-conditions based on scanning thereof, and classifying the number of digital pre-print files into groups based on an extent to which the dynamically extracted metadata is shared between constituents thereof.

  • Patent number: 11153146
Abstract: A method includes distributing a number of printer devices across a computer network with corresponding logistical nodes associated therewith, and, through a server, dynamically extracting, from a number of digital pre-print mail files related to physical mailing items, metadata related thereto and mailing constraints based on scanning the number of digital pre-print mail files, and classifying the number of digital pre-print mail files into groups based on an extent to which the dynamically extracted metadata is shared between constituents thereof. The method also includes, through the server, matching each classified group to a logistical node based on the dynamically extracted metadata shared between the constituents thereof and dynamically tracked printer characteristics, and commingling the extracted metadata within the each classified group into a master document in which the extracted metadata is laid out to enable printing thereof through a printer device associated with the matched logistical node.

  • Patent number: 9479390
Abstract: A method includes processing an event data associated with an item in transit between a source location and a destination location based on a scan data of a logistical node between the source location and the destination location. The server determines if the event data associated with the item in transit between the source location and the destination location based on the scan data of the logistical node between the source location and the destination location is associated with a response action defined in a matching table by the multimodal communication server using a processor and a memory. The server automatically initiates the response action when the event data associated with the item in transit between the source location and the destination location based on the scan data of the logistical node between the source location and the destination location is defined in the matching table on the multimodal communication server.

  • Publication number: 20160132982
Abstract: Disclosed are a device and/or a method of a hardware server and technical method to optimize printing location of distributed bulk mail. In one aspect, a mail pre-process server includes a processor, communicatively coupled with a memory, and a set of instructions to determine that a set of bulk-mailing requests from multiple mailers are each associated with a digital pre-print mail file. The set of instructions, when executed, determines that a logistical node is associated with certain ones of the destination addresses and whether the certain ones of the destination addresses satisfies a minimum bulk mailing quantity policy of the logistical node. Further, the mail pre-process server selects a first printing company near to the logistical node when the minimum bulk mailing quantity policy is satisfied. The mail pre-process server selects a second printing company near to an aggregated logistical node when the minimum bulk mailing quantity policy is unsatisfied.
