  • Publication number: 20230398486
Abstract: A durable pollution control systems, articles, and methods for removing multiple flue gas pollutants. The pollution control system can provide a source of halogen in the required amount for a prolonged period of time. The halogen source is combined with a sorbent polymer composite substrate, configured such that the halogen does not get leached away in solutions formed during the pollution gas treatment process.

  • Patent number: 11842048
Abstract: An apparatus includes a processor, a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, an acceleration framework circuit communicatively coupled to the memory and the processor, and a device driver. The device driver is configured to receive a request for data manipulation by a software defined storage (SDS) application. The device driver is configured to determine whether the request for data manipulation can be offloaded from the processor to the acceleration framework circuit. The device driver is configured to, based upon the determination of whether the request for data manipulation can be offloaded from the processor to the acceleration framework circuit, selectively cause the request to be executed by the acceleration framework circuit or the SDS application through execution on the processor.

  • Publication number: 20230136274
Abstract: A server includes a processor and a non-transitory machine-readable medium. The medium includes instructions. The instructions, when loaded and executed by the processor, cause the processor to obtain software defined storage (SDS) performance data from a plurality of media servers, process the SDS performance data, and determine whether the SDS performance data indicates that a first media server includes a potentially failing storage medium.

  • Publication number: 20130181021
Abstract: A handgun holster includes a first body section and a second body section, each section being constructed of a single, unitary piece of material. The two body sections are interconnected to form a handgun holster body defining an internal handgun receiving pocket, the pocket including a barrel section and a trigger section. A biasing element is integrally formed in the first body section and includes a flexible portion extending inwardly into the trigger section of the pocket from a first surface of the first body section. A retention element is integrally formed in the second body section and includes a raised portion extending inwardly into the trigger section of the pocket from a first surface of the second body section that opposes the first surface of the first body section.
