Abstract: A clamp includes first and second clamp members having first and second inner surfaces with first and second clamping surfaces and first and second hinge portions joined for pivoting movement about a first axis across a range of clamping positions. A fastener extends through first and second access bores of the first and second clamp members for threaded engagement with a nut. The first and second access bores are elongated to permit pivoting movement of the shaft portion with respect to each of the first and second clamp members.
