In at least one embodiment, the dietary composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of an admixture including a caffeine ingredient and a vasodilator ingredient. In at least another embodiment, the admixture further includes an additive selected from the group consisting of taurine, rhodiola, green tea extract, dimethylethanolamine, inositol, vitamin C, one or more B vitamins, a flowing agent, citrulline malate, and combinations thereof. In certain particular embodiments, the caffeine ingredient includes dicaffeine malate. In certain other embodiments, the vasodilator ingredient includes diarginine malate.
