Abstract: Presented is a multi-purpose cleaning tool for cleaning a group head of an espresso machine. The multi-purpose cleaning tool includes a top element and a bottom element. A ring brush and a centre textile disk cleaning pad are disposed on the first side of the top element. A central plate is positioned between the first side and the opposite second side of the bottom element. An inspection mirror is removably positioned below the central plate. A central hole is positioned substantially above the central plate wherein the central hole holds a hex shaft tool bit. Each of the top element and the bottom element includes a mating arrangement that enables the top element and the bottom element to be removably connected to each other.

A method includes provisioning a key system module for operation with the softphone to enable the key system, establishing, by the softphone application using a service provider Internet Protocol (IP) telephony server, a non-shared line association with the key system, establishing, by the softphone application using the service provider IP telephony server, associations with key lines in the key system, receiving, from the service provider IP telephony server, key line statuses, generating, by the key system module, a key line user interface based on at least the statuses of the key lines, and presenting, by the softphone application and the key system module on a device associated with the softphone client, the key line user interface with the key lines in the key system.

Abstract: An article of footwear including a strapping and closure system providing additional support to a wearer's ankles and feet. The system includes a pair of heel straps fixedly attached to opposing sides of the article of footwear and includes an instep piece that is also fixedly attached to the article of footwear. The heel straps and the instep piece are not fixedly attached to an upper of the article of footwear, but are fixedly attached to a lasting board of the article of footwear, thereby allowing the heel straps and the instep piece to be tightened independently of an upper of the article of footwear. The article of footwear further includes a breathable piece of material or shroud attached to a base of the upper for protecting the upper from mud and dirt.
