  • Patent number: 9436740
Abstract: Incremental query results and confidence interval values associated with respective incremental query results may be obtained. Visualization shape objects indicating uncertainty values may be determined, based on mapping values of respective incremental query results and confidence interval values to points in the associated visualization shape objects, the uncertainty values visualized based on proportional shapes of the visualization shape objects. At least one visualization comparison object representing a comparison of a plurality of distributions associated with the obtained incremental query results and confidence interval values may be determined. Display of the plurality of visualization shape objects and the at least one visualization comparison object may be initiated.

  • Patent number: 9047593
Abstract: The claimed subject matter relates to various architectures that can, inter alia, facilitate creation of a synch file as well as facilitate interpretation of the synch file. Both creation and interpretation can be accomplished in conjunction with an original media asset. The synch file can include transformation commands that can operate on a presentation of the asset rather than upon the asset itself. Accordingly, what is actually perceived by a content consumer during a presentation of the asset need not be exactly what the asset creator fixed in a tangible medium. Rather, the content consumer can observe a derivative media presentation based upon interpretation of the synch file.

  • Patent number: 8737721
Abstract: A system and a method that facilitates generating a model from a 3-dimensional (3D) object assembled from 2-dimensional (2D) content are described. A content aggregator can construct a 3D object from a collection of two or more 2D images each depicting a real entity in a physical real world, wherein the 3D object is constructed by combining the two or more 2D images based upon a respective image perspective. A 3D virtual environment can allow exploration of the 3D object. A model component can extrapolate a true 3D geometric model from the 3D object, wherein the true 3D geometric model is generated to include scaling in proportion to a size within the physical real world.
