The base attachment accessory further includes an internal thread in the bore hole. The assembly further includes a barrel assembly connectable to the base attachment accessory. The barrel assembly includes a barrel extending between a first end and a second end. The barrel assembly further includes a rod extending from the first end of the barrel and an external thread on the rod. The external thread is mateable with the internal thread. The barrel assembly further defines a conductor passage extending into the barrel from the second end thereof. The barrel is radially compressible.
