Abstract: The disclosure relates to modified orthopoxvirus vectors, as well as methods of using the same for the treatment of various cancers. The disclosure provides modified orthopoxvirus vectors that exhibit various beneficial therapeutic activities, including enhanced oncolytic activity, spread of infection, immune evasion, tumor persistence, capacity for incorporation of exogenous DNA sequences and safety. The viruses we have discovered are also amenable to large scale manufacturing protocols.

The top housing has a chamber for holding therein a sanitizing fluid dispenser that is positioned to dispense a sanitizing fluid onto the elongated member. A wiping material is disposed along the tunnel in the main body, in a position and in a manner that enables wiping the sanitizing fluid onto the elongated member as the sanitizer is slid over the elongated member.

Abstract: A garment hanger with a hook either metal or plastic that moves between substantially vertical and horizontal positions or may also remain in a stationary upright position with pivotable and collapsible arms with respect to the hanger body to move between substantially vertical and horizontal positions enable the hanger to have use in e-commerce as well as brick and mortar stores by maximizing the versatility of the garment hanger.

The body of the hanger having mounts that allow for the attachment of an assembly containing a hanger hook which allows hook movement either vertical or horizontal to help in footprint reduction of hanger creating space savings in packaging and transport. A size indicator has been developed to fit over this hook assembly and still allow the folding of the hook.

Abstract: A hanger with a foldable hook enabling the hanger to have the hook in a folded shipped position to reduce its footprint for reduction of cost of transportation and a rotatable cylindrical member to which the hook is attached, allowing the hook to be rotated from a folded to an upright hanging position.

Abstract: A wire forming plier and electrical multi-tool for the purpose of forming, stripping, crimping and cutting electrical wire is disclosed. The plier features two arms overlapped and pivoted together; the posterior ends of the arms serve as handles. Two symmetrically shaped round barrels, different in size, identified with indicia, extend from the anterior ends of the plier arms for the purpose of forming a controlled bend in electrical wires/conductors of varying thicknesses/gauges to fit around specific terminal screw/stud sizes. As the handles are squeezed together, the cylindrical tips will grasp the electrical conductor by applying pressure to the wire between the round and smooth barrel surfaces. While the wire is securely held between the cylindrical tips the wire loop is quickly and easily formed around either barrel by manually rotating the entire tool about a longitudinal axis in either direction.

Abstract: A manual string locking assembly for clamping the strings of a musical instrument, such as a guitar, adjacent to the fretboard nut of the instrument is disclosed. The string locking assembly is mounted on the headstock of the guitar between the fretboard nut and tuning pegs. The assembly includes a clamping block, having front and rear pillars for easy self-alignment of the strings, mounted directly to the headstock of the guitar to support an adjustable finger operated clamping device which can accommodate strings of varying diameters. A single spring loaded revolvable key operates three machine threaded cam-action flat head cap screws. The three screws are disposed either in an unlocked position to allow free tuning of the strings of the guitar or in a secured locked position to provide a grip between the clamping block and three threaded base-plate tabs to prevent slippage of the strings while the instrument is being played. The key supplies a hex-head insert for adjustment of the locking screws.
