  • Patent number: 7028581
Abstract: The present invention consists of a new and unique ergonomic handgrip with separate ulnar and radial support means that divides the pressure between the heel of the hand and the thumb area along with removing the pressure in the central palmer crease at the joining of the wrist. This is accomplished by using a dog-bone shape with an ulnar or heel support area having a cavity conforming to the shape of the heel of the hand and a radial or thumb support with a cavity conforming to the shape of the thumb of the hand where it joins the wrist. The ulnar or heel support and the radial or thumb support are angled so as to keep the wrist in a neutral position in relation to the device and are divided by a median groove that blends up into the gripping area of the device. The median groove maintains a space between the device and the carpel tunnel or central palmer area of the hand.

  • Patent number: 6942290
Abstract: A seat support platform is pivotally supported on a base member. A rotatable locking element is provided on the platform to selectively lock frame members of a saddle thereonto. The base is adapted to be mounted to a support frame/chassis such as that of a stationary bicycle or the like. A resilient biasing arrangement enables the saddle to move from side to side relative to the base member to enable a user to sway from side to side in a more natural manner when riding on the saddle.

  • Patent number: 6626490
Abstract: A seat support platform is pivotally supported on a base member. A rotatable locking element is provided on the platform to selectively lock frame members of a saddle thereonto. A clamp rigidly connects the base with a support frame/chassis such as that of a stationary bicycle or the like. The clamp has upper and lower halves which are forced together by a cam lever arrangement.

  • Patent number: 5076569
Abstract: An improved resiliently compressible grip for exercising the hand. The grip is normally grasped between the fingers and palm of a hand and permits the thumb of the hand to be exercised by pressing the tip of the last joint of the thumb against the grip, by pressing the inner ridged pad of the last joint of the thumb against the grip, and by laterally pressing either side of the thumb against the grip.
