  • Publication number: 20240140308
Abstract: An accent lighting system for a vehicle is disclosed that includes a light module and a transmitter. The light module includes a first inductive member and a diffuser that extends along a periphery of the light module so as to collect and distribute light generated by the light module. The transmitter includes a second inductive member that is configured for electromagnetic communication with the first inductive member so as to create current in the first inductive member and thereby power the light module.

  • Publication number: 20240140307
Abstract: A lighting system may be for a vehicle cup holder installed in a vehicle. The lighting system may include a first inductive member to be positioned adjacent a back side of the vehicle cup holder, and a first controller configured to inductively couple power and command signals through the first inductive member. The lighting system may also include a lighting device to be positioned adjacent a front side of the vehicle cup holder. The lighting device, in turn, may include a second inductive member configured for inductive coupling with the first inductive member, at least one light, and a second controller configured to operate the at least one light based upon power and command signals inductively coupled to the second inductive member from the first inductive member.

  • Publication number: 20240090105
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a lighting control system with a motion sensor unit that electrically couples to a load circuit through a latching relay or load controller for turning on and off lights. The motion sensor unit is configured to power down to draw zero power after a time delay, when motion is longer detected within the work space by the motion sensor unit. The lighting control system further includes a control circuit that reinitiates or turns the motion sensor back on through a switch device.

  • Publication number: 20060060609
Abstract: A manual pump dispenser includes a plunger head reciprocable between pressure and return strokes, and a pump body having an inlet valve for inletting of liquid product during each of the return strokes. A discharge valve assembly is fitted to a spout for permitting selective outletting of liquid product through the spout during each of the pressure strokes. The spout includes a bore having a predetermined diameter, with a unitary valve disposed substantially within the bore. The unitary valve is made of a material for permitting predetermined axial, or axial and radial expansion thereof under pressure from liquid product during each of the pressure strokes for thereby allowing liquid product to be discharged through a slitted opening in the unitary valve, and enabling rapid contraction thereof against a valve seat to prevent liquid product from being discharged through the slitted opening.

  • Patent number: 6145758
Abstract: A variable arc spray nozzle is provided for delivering irrigation water to a surrounding terrain area in a spray pattern of variably adjustable arcuate width. The spray nozzle is adapted for mounting onto the upper end of a water supply riser, and includes a rotatable adjustment collar which cooperates with an upper deflector to define a discharge orifice of variably selected arcuate width. A stabilizer vane on the adjustment collar protrudes generally upstream at the adjustable side edge of the discharge orifice to tailor the associated side edge of the resultant spray pattern for improved water distribution and range. The deflector additionally includes a substantially horizontal step formed at the upstream side of the discharge orifice to produce a localized pressure loss resulting in improved water distribution across the variable width of the spray pattern.
