    Abstract: A can holder has oppositely extending hook members adapted to suspend the can from a ladder rung in a forwardly inclined position. The bail of the can is accommodated by a groove open to the top of the holder and located forwardly of the hook members to hold the bail rearwardly from the mouth of the can to facilitate the transfer of material into and out of the can.
