Abstract: A corner chisel device for removing unchiseled corners of a door hardware receiving area on a door is provided. The corner chisel device comprises a handle and a mounting base secured to the handle. A first chisel assembly is secured to the mounting base. A second chisel assembly secured to the mounting base wherein the first chisel assembly and the second chisel assembly are selectively and separably operable to remove the corners of the receiving area.

Abstract: An assembly for sealing a fire resistant door within a door frame during a fire event is provided. The fire resistant door has a plurality of edges. The assembly comprises a first body portion and a second body portion secured to the first body portion. An expansion mechanism between the first body portion and the second body portion for moving the second body portion in a direction generally away from the first body portion and against the door frame upon attaining a predetermined temperature with the first body portion, the second body portion, and the expansion means forming a door edge device wherein the door edge device is secured to at least one of the edges of the fire resistant door.

Abstract: A pallet assembly capable of being assemble and disassembled is provided. The pallet assembly comprises a first rail member and a second rail member spaced from the first rail member. At least one hollow pipe member extends between the first rail member and the second rail member with a sheet member positioned on the pipe member. A rod is positioned within each pipe member and extends through the first rail member and the second rail member. A fastening mechanism is associated with each rod for releasably fastening the first rail member to the second rail member and for releasably fastening each hollow pipe member and the sheet member between the first rail member and the second rail member.
