    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for covering a plant growing medium. The device is comprised of two parts which may be assembled and placed upon a plant growing medium or assembled over a plant growing medium and existing plant. The device includes a sheet, and aperture defined by the sheet and a chamber. The chamber is suspended below a first portion of the sheet and above the plant growing medium. Liquid is delivered to the chamber through at least one hole defined by the cover and the liquid is dispersed from the chamber to the plant growing medium. The chamber includes a baffle for diverting the liquid to provide even distribution of the liquid to the plant growing medium.
