The carrier liquid is a mixture of an essentially aliphatic hydrocarbon liquid of flash point greater than 32.degree. C., e.g. an aliphatic petroleum distillate, and a mono alkyl ether of a polyhydric alcohol, e.g. ethylene glycol monoethyl ether (oxitol).
