Abstract: The dosing dispenser may have a body having a discharge path therein, the discharge path having an outlet and having a check valve, flow throttling structure, and on/off control therein for assuring against leakage of liquid or vapors from the dispenser when said on/off control is in the off position. The throttling structure allows for desired dosing of liquid from the outlet with the check valve acting to control escape of vapors or fumes from the liquid therein when the on/off control is in the on position. Also a spillage trap maybe provided to catch any drips from the outlet. The dispenser may bear one or more indicia, if desired, designating the particular liquid therein and the position of the throttle means structure and/or on/off valve. The dosing dispenser can be in the form of a bottle with an integral cap and/or preferably a separate, squeezable container and a separate cap.

Abstract: The lint roll for removing lint from cloth or clothing comprises a length of tape having a slip element along the length thereof, the length of tape and slip element being wound into a roll and having a full width slit created through the fill thickness of the roll at one circumferential point, in accordance with the method of making the lint roll. The method of using the tape roll is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided to regulate the flow of compressed air and steam utilized in treating spots in cloth or clothes with a spotting table having a spotting gun. The method comprises first turning on the steam or compressed air of the spotting table using conventional foot valves and next throttling the steam or compressed air flow to a desired level by manipulating a valve provided on the spotting gun, which valve can be manipulated and set by the spotting gun operator with the same hand holding the spotting gun.
