Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for enabling indirect interactions between users in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment are provided. A method includes receiving, by a first device, an utterance from a first user, wherein the utterance relates to at least one task that is to be performed by the first user; based on receiving the utterance, identifying, by the first device, one or more second users related to the at least one task; providing, by the first device, an interactable interface to one or more second devices which are located closer to the one or more second users than the first device; receiving, by the first device, one or more inputs corresponding to the at least one task from the one or more second users through the interactable interface; and appending, by the first device, the received one or more inputs to the at least one task.

Abstract: An example method for handling a secure virtual event in a virtual environment by an electronic device includes receiving at least one input from a first user avatar to create at least one virtual event within the virtual environment. The method further includes identifying at least one second user avatar for participating the at least one created virtual event based on the received input from the first user avatar and a nature of the virtual event and determining at least one security policy corresponding to at least one action associated with the at least one second user avatar and at least one parameter within the at least one created virtual event.

Abstract: Provided is a method of supporting voice instructions for executing an application. The method includes obtaining a sequence for operating an application based on a user interaction, receiving a voice instruction with respect to the application from a user, extracting at least one keyword included in the voice instruction, comparing the at least one keyword with pre-stored keywords in a device, and executing the application to perform an action corresponding to the voice instruction.
