  • Publication number: 20110036172
Abstract: Provided is a non-contact type transducer for performing modal testing or non-destructive diagnosis easily, that is, a non-contact type transducer by which even an inexperienced person may perform modal testing or non-destructive diagnosis without errors. The transducer includes a multi-loop coil including two or more looped coil portions that are connected to each other, wherein the looped coil portions are located on top of a rod member, and the looped coil portions form magnetic fields on the surface of the rod member in a direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member; and one or more magnets that are arranged to form a static magnetic field on the surface of the rod member, whereon the surface of the rod member a dynamic magnetic field is formed by the multi-loop coils in the direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member, even partially in a direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member.

  • Publication number: 20110031966
Abstract: A non-contact type transducer having a multi-loop coil that is used to perform a modal test or a nondestructive inspection on a plate member without contacting the plate member is disclosed. The transducer includes a multi-loop coil having two or more closed loop portions and disposed above and separate from a plate member; and a magnet having a neutral plane between north (N) and south (S) poles parallel to a surface of the plate member and functioning as a static magnetic field former, wherein the plate member is formed of a conductor, wherein an eddy current that flows on a surface of the plate member is generated by controlling a current that flows through the multi-loop coil, and Lorentz forces are applied in directions perpendicular to the surface of the plate member due to the eddy current and a magnetic field component parallel to the surface of the plate member of a static magnetic field formed by the static magnetic field former.

  • Patent number: 7764640
Abstract: A method and system for supporting Internet Protocol (IP) mobility of a Mobile Node (MN) in a mobile communication system. In the mobile communication system supporting Mobile IP (MIP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), MIP location registration is performed in a Home Agent (HA) through a first FA (Foreign Agent) of a first foreign network in which the MN is located. When the MN receives a SIP invite message from a Correspondent Node (CN), it sends, to the CN, a SIP response OK message in which a home address of the MN is recorded. The CN sends a packet to the home address of the MN in a state in which a SIP call of the MN is established. The number of signaling messages and a delay time associated with a handover can be reduced, because the CN sends packets only to the home address of the MN regardless of a changed location of the MN.

  • Patent number: 7711394
Abstract: A display interface (interface device) of a mobile telecommunication terminal is provided. The mobile telecommunication terminal includes a main body having a processor, and a display coupled to the main body. The processor is configured to implement mobile telecommunication terminal functions. The interface device includes a digital-to-analog converter configured to convert digital pixel information to an analog color signal. The interface device also includes graphic signal lines operatively connected to the digital-to-analog converter, configured to carry the analog color signal to the display. The interfere device also includes a clock line operatively connected to the digital-to-analog converter, configured to provide a timing reference used to sample the analog color signal.

  • Patent number: 7450941
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for performing roaming capable of minimizing a ping-pong phenomenon and a dual mode mobile terminal using the same. Functions for the method for performing roaming and the dual mode mobile terminal using the same are realized such that a ping-pong phenomenon occurring in a shadow area of one of the communication networks providing communication services using different mobile communication techniques can be minimized. To this end, it is determined if the dual mode mobile terminal is in a shadow area by counting the number of ping-pong occurrences in the process of performing a mode based on a corresponding communication service and a ping-pong period is adjusted only when the dual mode mobile terminal is in the shadow area, thereby minimizing a ping-pong phenomenon.
