    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device can include a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form along a first direction and a second direction, each pixel including first, second, and third sub-pixels, and a first bank pattern having a first height, and a second bank pattern having a second height, the first height being smaller than the second height, wherein the second bank pattern is parallel in two directions. The first bank pattern defines same color sub-pixels of different pixels, and wherein the second bank pattern defines different color sub-pixels of the same pixel. The second bank pattern includes first patterns disposed between the adjacent different color sub-pixels along a third direction crossing the first and second directions and between the adjacent different color sub-pixels along a fourth direction crossing the first, second, and third directions and second patterns disposed between the second sub-pixels adjacent to each other.

A mask includes a transparent substrate including a transmitting region; a reflective layer pattern on a first surface of the transparent substrate other than the transmitting region; and a scattering unit on at least one of the first surface or a second surface opposite the first surface of the transparent substrate, and the scattering unit is at a position corresponding to the reflective layer pattern. The mask can accurately irradiate a laser to a donor substrate and prevent or reduce damage of the laser generator due to the laser beam being reflected by the mask.

The magnetic force is generated by magnetic materials formed in two components of the LITI apparatus that are spaced apart interposing transferable layer and the surface of the intermediate device. Magnets or magnetic materials are formed in the two following components of the LITI apparatus: 1) the intermediate device and the film donor device; 2) the intermediate device and the contact frame; 3) the substrate support and the film donor device; or 4) the substrate support and the contact frame.
