  • Publication number: 20240187889
Abstract: A method of a base station may comprise: detecting a beam failure for a terminal; in response to detecting the beam failure, transmitting a beam recovery early indicator (BREI) to the terminal based on a beam sweeping scheme; receiving a BREI response from the terminal; and identifying a preferred beam of the terminal based on reception of the BREI response.

  • Publication number: 20240171245
Abstract: Disclosed is a wireless communication system, specifically, an apparatus and method for configuring a primary cell carrier/secondary cell carrier (PCC/SCC) prioritization only based on extremely partial channel state information in a wireless communication system. Specifically, a method of operating a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes: transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) or channel state information (CSI) to a base station; receiving a signal from the base station on the basis of the SRS or the CSI; and estimating a number of multi-paths using a neural network for the received signal, wherein the estimating of the number of multi-paths includes: re-shaping the received signal; extracting a singular value of the reshaped signal; and estimating the number of multi-paths based on the extracted singular value.

  • Publication number: 20240137821
Abstract: Disclosed is a technique for switching from a master node to a secondary node in a communication system. A method of a first communication node may comprise: adding the first communication node as a primary secondary cell (PSCell) to a second communication node through dual connectivity (DC); generating a first user plane path for smart dynamic switching (SDS) and a first instance for supporting the first user plane path according to a request from the second communication node; transmitting information on the first user plane path and the first instance to a terminal; receiving user data based on the first user plane path from the terminal as the first instance; and transmitting the user data to a core network using the first user plane path.

  • Patent number: 6997318
Abstract: A liquid crystal display module packing apparatus having a rectangular lower plate, first and second side walls that extend from sides of the lower plate, and an upper plate that extends from an upper edge of the first side wall. To provide structural support, a plurality of auxiliary side walls extend from the ends and the middle of the first and second side walls. A plurality of fixing jaws are located on inner surfaces of the packing apparatus. Those fixing jaws receive and retain liquid crystal display modules. A plurality of grooves are located at side edges of the upper plate, and at upper edges of the first and second side walls. The liquid crystal display module packing apparatus can be unfolded into a flat structure.

  • Patent number: 6145663
Abstract: A packing apparatus for liquid crystal display modules simplifies a packaging process for packaging liquid crystal display modules and is easily incorporated into an automated manufacturing and packaging line. The packing apparatus includes a body including a receiving space for separately receiving liquid crystal display modules. The body has a structure including a lower plate, a plurality of side walls extending from each side edge of the lower plate and upper plates extending from each upper edge of the side walls. Projection members are provided on the outer surfaces of the body to relieve and absorb an external impact.
