Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of detecting a protein from the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or a fragment thereof, in a sample obtained from a subject using a first antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to a protein from the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or a fragment thereof, and a second antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof which binds to a protein from the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or a fragment thereof.

Abstract: A combination locking assembly of simplified and robust construction. The combination assembly incorporating easily positionable slide members for setting the combination. The combination assembly also including incremental movement retaining apparatus wherein the locking bar is moved to the unlocked position only when the correct digits are sequentially depressed in the correct order. The combination assembly also allowing multiple use of the same combination digits.

Abstract: A combination locking assembly comprising a mechanism wherein the actuation push buttons are jammed and prevented from being depressed when a single one of the push buttons is already depressed. The combination locking assembly further having combination resetting means including a panel which pivots in a first direction and clears the combination and also assists in setting the new combination by pivoting in a second direction.

Abstract: A golf club includes a skeletal air-permeable frame formed of a plurality of spaced apart rods concentrically arranged about a longitudinal axis. At least one tie member integrally interconnects the rods to provide structural rigidity and maintain the spacing between adjacent rods. The tie member is spirally wrapped about the frame and is joined to individual rods at intersections by welding or bonding. The rods and tie member may be formed of solid or hollow wire having a diameter between 3/1000 of an inch to 4/100 of an inch, and a typical shaft includes from five to thirty rods. The rods may be constructed of conventional metals such as stainless steel, titanium and the like, as well as epoxy impregnated graphite, Fiberglas, polycarbonates and the like.

Abstract: A resettable combination lock includes a plurality of user depressable buttons and a user-settable interposers for coupling selected ones of the buttons to a first button-actuation counter that counts correct button depressions and the other of the buttons to another button-actuation counter that counts incorrect button depressions. In addition, each button is coupled to a third counter that counts the total number of button actuations. In order to effect unlocking, the correct button sequence must be pushed to cause the first counter to count the proper number of correct button actuations and the third counter to count the proper number of button actuations without registering a single count on the second counter. The incrementing of a single count on the second counter, which indicates the depressing of a button not in the unlock sequence, will prevent the lock from being unlocked.
