  • Publication number: 20180219312
Abstract: A withdrawable-card-tray position-fixing structure for an electronic device, which is adapted to allow a tray having a card mounted thereon to be stably positioned within the device, is provided. The structure has a tray and a tray position-fixing member. The tray has a mounting hole formed in a card-mounting section thereof where the card is mounted. The tray position-fixing member is formed from a resilient material that is itself resilient while having a large surface coefficient of friction. The tray position-fixing member is mounted either on the tray itself, in a tray insertion pathway or both, and into which the tray is inserted by being press fitted therein. The structure is adapted to achieve an improved force of friction between the tray position-fixing member and a counterpart member which comes into contact therewith, and achieves an improved tray position-fixing capability via the press fitting of the tray.

  • Patent number: 9236678
Abstract: The Present Disclosure relates to a card socket contact terminal furnished on an electronic apparatus. The card socket contact terminal having a plurality of contact points of the Present Disclosure is a contact terminal that is furnished on the housing of a card socket furnished on an electronic apparatus so as to make contact with a card that holds various data for information. It comprises main terminals that are furnished in a number corresponding to the card terminals furnished on the card so as to make contact with the card terminal, and auxiliary terminals that are each connected to the same card terminal to which the respective main terminal connects and to the respective main terminal. Because it can make a plurality of contacts with a single card terminal, it enables contact with the card terminal via the auxiliary terminal even if the main terminal is damaged.

  • Patent number: 6572414
Abstract: A modular jack includes a housing, a first signal pair, and a second signal pair. The first signal pair passes through the housing and includes a first conductor and a second conductor. A first imaginary plane contains the first and the second conductor. The second signal pair passes through the housing and includes a third conductor and a fourth conductor. A second imaginary plane contains the third and the fourth conductor, which are bent at least one time to cross each other inside the housing. The first and the second imaginary plane form a first angle of 80 to 90 degrees inside the housing before the crossing of the third and the fourth conductor while they form a second angle of 0 to 10 degrees inside the housing after the crossing thereof.

  • Publication number: 20030022533
Abstract: Disclosed is a signal transmission connector in a computer hard disk drive wherein connector pins of the signal transmission connector are elastically connected to corresponding contacts of a printed circuit board, thereby reducing the number of components and the cost of the hard disk drive assembly, and reducing the thickness and size of the signal transmission connector and the hard disk drive. In the signal transmission connector, a plurality of connector pins are mounted in pin-holding grooves formed in a pin-holding body. First connection branches of the connector pins are generally planar and are adapted to contact corresponding contacts of a flexible printed circuit board via soldering, and second connection branches of the connector pins are generally C-shaped and adapted to elastically contact corresponding contacts of a printed circuit board.
