    Abstract: Disclosed is a vacuum deposition apparatus, which comprises: a chamber mounted with a source for jetting an application material in the gaseous state for deposition onto a substrate; heaters formed to the inner wall of the chamber and internal parts; a pump for aspirating air out of the chamber; and a plurality of cold traps interposed between the chamber and the pump for cooling the air aspirated by the pump to remove the application material from the air. According to the vacuum deposition apparatus, it is possible to prevent direct damage to the internal parts or the inner wall of the chamber by application materials accumulated thereon. Additionally, the plurality of cold traps prevent pollution and stoppage in continuous production which allows substitution to be carried out without stoppage. Therefore, productivity may be improved compared to other equipment with similar specifications.

The IC includes: a test circuit unit including test circuit elements having identical element values and variations to a tuning-targeted circuit element and at least one reference circuit element having a smaller variation than the tuning-targeted circuit element; a comparator that obtains a difference between intensities of first and second signals detected from the test circuit unit; and a tuning unit that tunes the variation of the tuning-targeted circuit element according to the difference between the intensities of the first and second signals. Thus, process and temperature variations of a circuit element can be detected and accurately tuned with respect to the circuit element itself. Also, the process and temperature variations can be tuned inside an IC. Thus, the time required for tuning the process and temperature variations can be reduced.

Magnetic fluxes, which are generated by current flows along the inductors of the at least one inductor group, are formed in a direction to mutually intensify the magnetic fluxes according to differential signals applied to the at least one transistors from outside. Accordingly, high inductance and high quality factor can be attained owing to the positive magnetic coupling of the inductors.
