Abstract: This application provides methods and compositions related to constructing nucleic acid hydrogels (e.g., RNA hydrogels) having repetitive monomer units, each monomer unit includes one or more G-quadruplex sequences. These G-quadruplex sequences cross-link the nucleic acid concatemer such that it self-assembles into a hydrogel under appropriate conditions. In some embodiments, each monomeric unit of the nucleic acid concatemer comprises a coding sequence for polypeptide of interest; and the nucleic acid hydrogel formed by the nucleic acid concatemer can be used for expressing the polypeptide in high quantities. In some embodiments, at least two RNA concatemers comprising G-quadruplex sequences are produced, one further comprising a spacer and the other further comprising a sequence encoding a polypeptide of interest. These two RNA concatemers are combined and self assembled to form a single, wideband RNA hydrogel.

The dual-screen mobile display device for a mobile device includes an image signal supply part for supplying a first image signal and a second image signal. A first active matrix organic light emitting display panel displays the first image signal. A housing mounts the first active matrix organic light emitting display panel. A second active matrix organic light emitting display panel is adapted to be inserted in and pulled out from the housing and displays at least one of the first image signal or the second image signal. A moving mechanism moves the second active matrix organic light emitting display panel outside of the housing. A fixing part fixes the second active matrix organic light emitting display panel when the second active matrix organic light emitting display panel is moved outside of the housing.

Abstract: Disclosed is a user interface (UI) providing technology to perform a complex function. According to an exemplary aspect, there is provided a complex UI which recognizes use patterns of a device based on user inputs and performs all of a plurality of functions at once according to the use pattern. Accordingly, various functions with high use frequency may be used through a simple manipulation.

The method includes creating a content list and providing the content list to a user; providing a user interface to the user to organize content included in the content list in units of time periods; storing organization schedule information organization schedule information obtained by the user interface as extensible Markup Language (XML) information; and transmitting the organization schedule information and enabling the content to be provided to the user according to the organization schedule information.
