The apparatus includes a sensing information acquisition unit configured to, from sensing data collected by sensor modules, detect object location information and semantic label information of a video image and detect an event in the video image; a walk navigation information provision unit configured to acquire user movement information; a metric map generation module configured to generate a video odometric map using sensing data collected through a sensing information acquisition unit and reflect the semantic label information; and a topology map generation module configured to generate a topology node using sensing data acquired through the sensing information acquisition unit and update the topology node through the collected user movement information.

Abstract: A super-steep switching device and an inverter device using the same are disclosed. The super-steep switching device includes a semiconductor channel disposed on a substrate and made of a semiconductor material having impact ionization characteristic; a source electrode and a drain electrode in contact with the semiconductor channel, wherein the source electrode and the drain electrode are disposed on the substrate and are spaced apart from each other; and a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor channel so as to overlap only a portion of the semiconductor channel, wherein a top surface of the semiconductor channel includes a first area overlapping the gate electrode, and a second area non-overlapping the gate electrode, wherein a ratio of a length of the first area and a length of the second area is in a range of 1:0.1 to 0.4.

Abstract: A terminal to store various types of data in a clipboard allows a user to combine some or all of the various stored data for performing a search. A method includes performing a search using a combination of search keywords stored in a storing unit. The terminal includes: an input unit to receive a region selecting instruction; a storing unit to store data; and a control unit to determine a type of the selected region, to extract a search keyword corresponding to the type of the region, to store the extracted search keyword, and to perform a search using the search keyword. If more than one search keyword is stored in the storing unit, a user may select a combination of search keywords to be used for performing the search, and may set search parameters for the search keywords according to icons in the search keyword list.
