Abstract: An image display device is provided to receive a image corresponding to a program and identification information regarding the program from a mobile terminal, determine an image processing scheme with respect to the received image based on the identification information, and process the received image based on the determined image processing scheme, thus allowing a user to conveniently and effectively view the image provided from the mobile terminal in a stable environment in a vehicle. The image display device includes: a communication unit configured to receive an image corresponding to a program and identification information corresponding to the program from a mobile terminal; a controller configured to determine an image processing scheme corresponding to the received image based on the received identification information, and process the received image based on the determined image processing scheme; and a display unit configured to display the processed image.
