Abstract: Systems and methods for managing medical imaging workflow in an in-office or point-of-care setting outside of a conventional radiology workflow are provided. These system and methods allow for efficient medical imaging workflow management without a Radiology Information System (“RIS”). The systems and methods described here can provide a dual workflow functionality, in which images can be acquired and stored following a prepared medical imaging order according to an “orders first” workflow, or images can be acquired and stored without a prepared medical imaging order according to an “images first” workflow. In both instances, the systems and methods described here interact with the Long Term Archive to quarantine images with missing or incorrect metadata, and to update the quarantined images in an efficient manner to avoid orphaned image studies.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an exercise mat including a top surface and bottom surface, wherein a plurality of markings exist on the top surface. As used herein, an exercise mat is a substantially flat cushion-like structure which can be used in conjunction with exercises. The exercise mat may be used for exercise or recreational activities such as physical therapy, pilates, yoga, or any other activity where physical placement of the user's body on the exercise mat may be important for the performance of the exercise, evaluation of physical progress, and/or for the avoidance of injuries.

Abstract: A wrist mounted notepad carrying device is disclosed. The device is securable to a user's wrist via a wrist strap. Removably attached to the wrist strap is a casing. The casing has bottom and side surfaces. The casing also has a top member which is removably attached to remainder of the casing by a hinge or other suitable means. Disposed within the casing is a notepad. In various embodiments, the present invention may also include a variety of other features, either singularly or in combination with one another. Other features may include, but are not limited to a timekeeping device, informational indicia, a ruler, a light source, and or a writing device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for collecting into a comprehensive database all the data needed to generate certain identified reports, such as governmentally-required environmental and health and safety reports. At each facility within an organization, one or more processes for which data needs to be collected are defined. For each defined process, the detailed data needed to be collected is defined. The needed data corresponding to each defined process is then collected and stored into a comprehensive database on a remote server. The comprehensive database is advantageously utilized to generate compliance and regulatory reporting at various geographic levels and various organization levels. The comprehensive database also can be advantageously utilized to facilitate permit tracking, training tracking, health and safety reporting and recording, and waste monitoring and tracking.
