  • Publication number: 20130063393
Abstract: Disclosed is a functional laminated sheet having flexibility, high body and good die cutting workability. The functional laminated sheet comprises a laminated sheet composed of at least two plastic films bound to each other through an adhesive layer and a functional layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of at least one of the plastic films, wherein the adhesive layer has a Martens hardness of 260 N/mm2 or less. The functional layer is, for example, a layer having an electromagnetic wave shielding function, a heat ray reflection function, a gas barrier function or a planar heat generation function, and can be arranged in the inside of the laminated sheet. Alternatively, the functional layer is a layer having a light reflection function, a light permeation control function or an antifogging function, and can be arranged on the outermost surface of the laminated sheet.

  • Publication number: 20120034456
Abstract: Provided are a mold release composition, with which it is possible to form a transparent coating on the surface of which a photoresist cannot readily stick, and a surface protective film having a coating constituted by a cured product thereof. The mold release composition can include a binder resin, silicone oil and a metal alkoxide hydrolyzate. A content of the metal alkoxide hydrolyzate can be 50 to 500 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. The metal alkoxide can consist of or include tetraethoxysilane or tetramethoxysilane. The surface protective film can be obtained by forming a coating of the cured product of the mold release composition on a substrate.

  • Publication number: 20120021214
Abstract: A functional film that does not show decrease of surface hardness even when an adhesive layer for adhering it to another member is provided, and does not generate separation nor delamination at the time of die cutting, and a laminate thereof are provided. The functional film can include a plastic film having a functional layer constituted by a cured film on one surface and an adhesive layer on the other surface. The adhesive layer contains a curable adhesive that can be cured by irradiation of ionizing radiation or heating, and is constituted so that the adhesive layer after cured by irradiation of ionizing radiation or heating shows a Martens hardness of 260 N/mm2 or lower, and the following relational expression is satisfied. Martens hardness of the adhesive layer after curing?Martens hardness of the functional layer×0.

  • Publication number: 20070273975
Abstract: A light control film comprising a downward prism sheet and a light diffusing sheet having a rough surface as a surface facing the downward prism sheet, which solves the problem of mutual scratching of constituent members. The light control sheet of the present invention comprises at least a light diffusing film and a prism sheet disposed as a laminate. One surface of the light diffusing film is a light diffusing surface, and the other surface is a rough surface. One surface of the prism sheet is a prism surface, and the other surface is a smooth surface. The smooth surface is constituted by a smooth layer containing at least a comb polymer. By this configuration, the facing surfaces comes to be hardly scratched, in spite of the structure in which the rough surface of the light diffusing film and the smooth surface of the prism sheet are disposed to face each other.
