Abstract: A pouch comprising first and second rectangular pieces of a first material attached to each other along at a portion of at least three sides to form a first pouch. The pouch further comprises a fastener attached to a first outer side of the first rectangular piece, a fastener attached to a first outer side of the second rectangular piece, and a second pouch of a second material attached inside the first pouch. The second pouch having an opening aligned with at least a portion of an opening of the first pouch and for receiving an item inside.

Abstract: A liner for a waste basket or trash container having flexible side walls, a top portion and a bottom portion. The cross-section of the liner closely conforms to the cross-section of the container. An elastic band is attached circumferentially about the top portion of the liner. The elastic band retains the top portion of the liner to the outer wall of the top of the trash container. The liner is color coordinated with the decor of the room where the trash container is disposed.
