Abstract: The present invention relates generally to an apparatus as well as a method for forming a cosmetic product, in particular an apparatus as well as a method for forming a lipstick mine, from at least two pasty masses. Here, the apparatus according to the invention comprises a flexible mold and a flexible core adapted to be moved into the flexible mold and to be arranged in a first position at least partially inside the flexible mold, and in a second position outside the flexible mold.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for cooling of casting molds, in particular for cooling of casting molds for cosmetic products, are described. The apparatus comprises at least one housing with at least one opening for at least partly inserting of at least one casting mold in the at least one housing. It further comprises at least one nozzle for generating of a humid mist within the at least one housing by mixing a gaseous and a liquid medium and for causing a convection within the at least one housing by introducing only the gaseous medium in the at least one housing.

Abstract: A method and a system for heating of a casting mold, in particular for heating of casting molds for cosmetic products, is described. The system comprises at least an inductor for generating of at least one alternating magnetic field and at least one casting mold, wherein the casting mold consists substantially of a plastic material or an elastomer and is permeated with at least one additive, wherein the additive may be inductively heated.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for controlling a cooling process of casting molds for cosmetic products during passing through a cooling track in an installation are described. The apparatus comprises a means for determining at least one process parameter corresponding to a first casting mold, a means for controlling the passing time of a second casting mold through the cooling track based on the at least one process parameter, and a means for controlling a cooling behavior of the cooling track during passing through of the second casting mold based on the at least one process parameter.

Abstract: A method, a dosing device and a system for manufacturing of a lipstick mine out of at least two pasty substances are described. The method comprises inserting of a first end portion of a dosing device into a form whereby the first end portion of the dosing device comprises at least one outlet nozzle, filling of the first end portion of the dosing device with a first pasty substance, increasing of the gas pressure in the first end portion of the dosing device whereby the first pasty substance through the pressure is pressed out of the at least one outlet nozzle, removing the first end portion of the dosing device out of the form and filling up the form with a second pasty substance.

Abstract: A device and a method for the production of lipstick leads made of paste-like masses where, the device includes a chamber, a flexible mold part and a mold holder, and the flexible mold part is arranged in the chamber and paste-like mass is poured into the flexible mold part and can at least partially solidify in the flexible mold part and the at least partially solidified paste-like mass is removed with a removal device while elastically expanding the flexible mold part, and the mold holder is arranged for at least some of the time and at least partially in the chamber for holding part of the flexible mold part, so that the mold holder is moved relative to the flexible mold part, and the chamber can be filled with a heat transfer medium before and/or during the filling of the flexible mold part, and a negative pressure expands the flexible mold part in the chamber to remove the paste-like mass.
