  • Publication number: 20240075419
Abstract: A filter element for a filter system has a hollow cylinder-type filter bellows with an end face and a substantially closed bottom provided thereat. At least one resonator structure provided at the bottom provides noise attenuation of a flowing fluid. The resonator structure has two or more grooves arranged at an outer side of the bottom and separated from each other by a partition. At least one of the grooves is connected in fluid communication through an opening to an interior of the filter element. The resonator structure, when installed in a filter housing of the filter system as intended, seals tightly relative to a complementary resonator structure of the filter housing. The grooves are connected in fluid communication through connection openings arranged in the resonator structure of the filter element and/or the complementary resonator structure of the filter housing. • Publication number: 20200108337
Abstract: A filter arrangement for liquids has a filter housing and a functional carrier arranged inside the filter housing. A cylindrical filter element is inserted axially into the filter housing and defines an unfiltered side and a filtered side inside the filter housing. A non-return diaphragm is arranged on the filter element within the filter housing, wherein the non-return diaphragm is connected to the functional carrier and held at an axial spacing against a stop of filter housing so as to effect an axial and/or radial sealing action of the unfiltered side relative to the filtered side of the filter arrangement.

  • Patent number: 10556200
Abstract: In a method for producing two or more filter bellows, a bellows with a filter medium with fold edges is provided, wherein the filter medium is running in a running direction. A cutting path is carried out in the bellows with the filter medium in a direction that, at least in some regions, is transverse relative to the fold edges such that the filter bellows are produced in parallel and the cutting path creates end edge faces and/or side faces of the filter bellows and the filter bellows are embodied lying adjacent to each other and symmetrical or point-symmetrical relative to each other in the running direction and/or transverse to the running direction. A filter element with such a filter bellows and a filter system with such a filter element and filter bellows arranged in a filter housing are provided.
